Bangkok: Canal tour –and flower market - Wat Arun
Start the day with our private long-tail boat Bangkok canal tour, exploring Bangkok the authentic way in Thonburi area, a charming residential neighbourhood west of the Chao Praya River. The huge canal network was first digged in the late 18th century and served for defense purposes, irrigation, trade and of course tran sportation. As the network grew to hundreds of kilometers of waterways, Bangkok became known as the Venice of the East in the 19th century.  
Stop at some of Bangkok’s major landmarks including the iconic Wat Arun – Temple of Dawn and the Pak Khlong Talat flower market, Thailand’s largest wholesale flower market that opens 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Fly to Chiang Mai – Doi Suthep Temple - Khantoke dinner

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our Chiang Mai Local Expert and driver, and transferred to your hotel in Chiang Mai.
In the afternoon, head out to visit a very special temple in Chiang Mai
Pick-up time: 4:00PM for a private tour to Doi Suthep temple and monk chanting observation.
Dress code: Please dress modestly and cover your arms and legs when visiting Doi Suthep temple. Shoes must be removed before entering the temple buildings.
Visit the iconic Doi Suthep temple on a private tour (1 hour drive one way – some parts of the drive can get a bit windy). Climb the 306 steps of Thailand’s longest Naga balustrade to the temple entrance, admire the golden chedi containing the Buddha relic, and finally enjoy the spectacular views of downtown Chiang Mai and the surrounding landscape as the sun goes down. Everyday at 6:00pm monks gather to chant and pray in the main hall. The murmur of monks chanting. The silence of those mediating. All search for the truth of the path that leads to the end of suffering. Observe this monk chanting ceremony and experience first-hand the spirituality, sights, sounds and silence of Chiang Mai. Chiang Mai - Elephant Nature park – Doi Su Thep temple
Today’s special morning tour offers a unique opportunity to visit Elephant Nature Park, an ethical elephant rescue and rehabilitation center in Northern Thailand founded by Saengduean Lek Chailert. Saengduean Lek Chailert’s passion for elephants began at an early age when her grandfather, a traditional healer, was gifted an elephant named Thong Kham, which Lek grew to love and care for deeply. After witnessing the mistreatment and suffering of many elephants in the tourism industry, Lek began providing medical aid to elephants in remote villages. In the 1990s, Lek started rescuing injured, neglected, and elderly elephants and established Elephant Nature Park in Northern Thailand in 2003 as a permanent homeland for them. Lek’s work has been recognized internationally, and her efforts have been documented by various media outlets, including National Geographic, Discovery Channel, and CNN. Learn about these gentle giants, safe in the knowledge they’re looked after and cared for.
Elephant Nature Park is the first ethical elephant sanctuary of its kind established in Asia, and currently provides a caring home to over 100 elephants.

Learn to create your favourite Thai recipes step by step, from choosing the freshest ingredients to blending spices and putting everything into your final creation of Thai iconic dishes. 9:15 am: Visit the local market. Our instructors will introduce various ingredients and seasonings.

10:20 am: Begin the class with how to cook rice and sticky rice.

Luang Prabang morning alms giving ceremony + walking tour

Wake up early in the morning to observe Sai Bat, aka morning alms giving ceremony, with our Local Expert. This longstanding tradition in Laos Budhist culture involves Buddhist monks walking barefoot around Luang Prabang in their orange robes collecting alms from the local community, usually in the form of food offering: sticky rice, fruits, sweets and other necessities.
Return to your hotel for breakfast and some free time before heading out again for a leisure walking tour of Luang Prabang, including a visit to the local market and Wat Xiengthong with our friendly and knowledgeable Local Expert. Finish the tour around 11:30AM and the rest of the day is yours to enjoy, whether to head up to Mount Phou Si for the breathtaking panoramic view of Luang Prabang, stroll through the quaint town and admire its outstanding cultural, historic and architectural values, or check out the vibrant night market in the evening at your own pace

Kuangsi waterfall and Home host dinner
Pick-up time: 9:00AM
This morning, we will embark on a half day adventure to the impressive three-tiered Kuangsi waterfall, known for its refreshing turquoise waters flowing down between each of its pools. The water cascades over limestone rocks with lush greenery framing the picture and it’s the perfect heat escape in the Laos summer heat. 
The bonus of this adventure is a quick visit to the Bear Rescue Center, located near the entrance of the waterfall. Since 2003, Bear Rescue Center had helped rescue and provide ongoing care for over 1000 bears of the world’s most vulnerable bear species (sun bears, moon bears and sloth bears). Many of the rescued bears are rescued from poachers, exotic pet owners, or people planning to use them in traditional medicine.
 
Take your time swimming in the waterfall and trying some great local food near the waterfall. Return to the hotel around 1pm and the afternoon is yours to enjoy.
In the evening, visit a local family and learn how to cook an authentic Laos meal. This is a valuable opportunity to learn more about Laos lifestyle and customs.

Travel by the iconic TUKTUK to a local wet market to buy some ingredients. Arrival the host’ home, enjoy a welcome drink before attending the Laos cooking experience. 
 
Start the class by visiting a small garden to learn about the local herbs, what they are and how they are used in Laos food. Afterwards, learn about different kinds of Jeow, the fundamental Lao spicy dipping sauces; Mok Pa, Laos steamed fish in banana leaves; leongrass chicken; Laps national salad with a choice of chicken, tofu or fish.
 
Of course, you’ll learn the art to perfect sticky rice and its eating etiquette. Finally, we wish you will have a wonderful meal and enjoy the cooking experience.

Fly to Hanoi - Hanoi walking tour of the old quarter
This morning you will be collected from your hotel and taken to the Luang Prabang airport in time for your flight to Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. *This flight is not included in the package price*

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our Hanoi Local Expert and driver, and transferred to your hotel in Hanoi.
After you have settled in and rested, head out to the iconic Old Quarter on a walking tour. The 26 streets were named after what they sold: Hang Bac, meaning silver street, is still filled with jewery shops and Hang Thiec, meaning tin street, still makes and sells everything from kitchenware and household goods. This walking tour also includes some of the most colourful streets in the old quarter: Hang Ma and Hang Quat before heading towards the nearby Hoan Kiem Lake.
Finish this fascinating tour with the capital’s delightful egg coffee. Creamy, soft, sweet and fluffy, it is more of a dessert and coffee and is a perfect way to conclude your day in Hanoi.

Overnight trip to Halong bay – Lan Ha Bay (join service)
No tour in Vietnam would be completed without an overnight trip to Halong bay. Known for its dreamy spectacular seascape, Halong Bay’s lush emerald and turquoise waters habour over 1,600 mostly uninhabited and undisturbed islands and islets.

Hoi An countryside tour by bicycle or motorbike with a driver

Experience the Hoian known only to locals starting with a visit to Tra Que herb village, a small farming community about 2 kilometers from Hoian, passing rice fields, local farmers working on their farms and lazy water buffalos lounging in the mud.

Siem Reap – Angkor wat sunrise tour.
