• Weather condition may impose changes in the program or the cancellation of certain activities
• Guests need to bring a copy of their passport and Thai visa page with stamp into Thailand
• Thailand Journeys reserves the right to adjust our prices if any changes of tax & gasoline increasing in Thailand. No any reservations are made yet.
• Children under 11 years, pay 75% of adult rate (consider from number of adults).

 
Cancellation Policy

30% non-refundable deposit due at the time of confirmation

45-31 days prior to arrival: 50% penalty

30 days or less prior to arrival: 100% penalty

Discounts apply when paying via wire transfer. Credit Card payment are subject to additional charges

Refunds or Cancellation:

• Tour and transfer deposits are fully refundable if the amendment/cancellation is received by our office in Bangkok more than 20 days in advance. Hotel deposits will be refunded according to individual hotel cancellation policy.
• Cancellation fees will be levied according to the time cancellation is made.
• No refund or reduction will be made to any member of GROUP/F.I.T. who breaks the journey from the scheduled itinerary in Thailand.
